Signing Agent

As a certified signing agent based in Conroe, Texas, I am authorized to witness and certify the signing of legal documents, particularly in the context of real estate transactions. My role as a certified signing agent is to ensure that all parties involved in the transaction have properly signed and executed the necessary documents. I verify the signer's identity, explain each document to the signer, witness and certify the signing of documents, collect and deliver signed documents, and provide customer service. 

Certified signing agents are typically appointed by title companies, mortgage companies, and other organizations involved in real estate transactions. They are mobile and will travel to the location of the signing, which could be a borrower's home, a real estate office, or another convenient location. As a certified signing agent, I have the training and experience necessary to handle sensitive and confidential documents and ensure that all documents are properly executed in accordance with legal requirements.
